When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?
The greater part of what my neighbors call good, I believe in my soul to be bad, and if I repent of anything, it is very likely to be my good behavior. What demon possessed me that I behaved so well? --Henry Thoreau

I'll have to come back to it, I have my sound off in my preferences. Thanks for your encouragement, cat. If you were here I would certainly give you a fish.
Thank you, Lily.....you are very kind, as usual. You've done your share of encouragement for a lot of people.
A fish?
What a good idea!
Reminds me I need to get back on that river and find out what happens next on that fishing trip.
Encouraging!! You mean you are not aware of all the secret evils I am responsible for? You must be too busy for the 'senseless gossip about people nobody really knows' loop! None of which help anything get accomplished but no doubt makes people that are not accomplishing much think otherwise.
It always seems that malice is the hobby of the disenfranchised. I think the remedy is to remind people in pain that they are valued. What do cats think about that?
<^>= Closest thing to a fish I can give you. My cat's favorite thing is to be scratched under her chin. She likes to watch me humiliate myself too. I scratch and shrill: AWWWW Who's the scratch rascal? Who's the scratch rascal??? You are! You're the scratch rascal!
Did I ever tell you that my older brother used to use permanent marker to color my cat's nose blue? It would stay that way for days too.
On the nose??? Of a cat???? Blue marker???? Sacrilege!!! Gross irreverence!!!
And....I haven't heard any gossip. I guess I'm out of the loop or just scanned right over it.
What do cats think? They think that EVERYBODY should be reminded that they are valued.
Even you, you valuable old scratch rascal!! Your cat is lucky to have such an entertaining human.
